Growing up in the vibrant Segundo barrio of El Paso, Texas, I've always been deeply rooted in the rich tapestry of this city. Educated at Aoy School and Bowie High School, with further studies at UTEP, my journey has been intricately intertwined with the fabric of my community. After 28 years at Woolworth, where I met my wife, I retired from Dollar General. Beyond the confines of the workplace, my true passion lies in the great outdoors. Hiking through nature's wonders allows me to immerse myself in exploration, while photography serves as my trusted companion, capturing the essence of what I encounter. Through my lens, I endeavor to preserve the vibrant history and diverse culture of El Paso. Each image tells a story, weaving together the threads of our city's past and present. Our mission is simple yet profound: to bring El Paso to the world stage. We aim to showcase its beauty, celebrate its history, and share its culture with all who seek to experience it. Whether you're a lifelong resident, a newcomer, or a curious traveler, our images serve as windows into the heart of this city. In our pursuit, we aim to evoke nostalgia in seniors, spark wonder in the young, and offer a piece of home to those who have ventured far from these familiar streets.
