• No discounts are offered, instead we offer you points for your purchases through our Loyalty program.

Returns & Refunds
• To help keep our operating costs low and to continue providing affordable prices, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please thoroughly inspect your items, for any defect or damaged and that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. The Ysleta Mission Gift Shop has a strict no return or exchanges policy after payment has been made.

Buyers’ Remorse Policy
• Before entering a layaway contract or purchasing any items, before reaching the checkout, please make sure your products are not damaged and you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, because there is a strict no return policy.

Shipping
• At time of checkout shipping within the USA, is offered via our website and in-person shopping.

In-Store Layaway
• Layaway's must be $10 or greater.
• An initial deposit of 20% is required to initiate layaway, remaining balance will be divided into equal payments. Submitting extra payments is allowed without penalty.
• Modifications to layaway orders are not permitted.
• Layaway orders are forfeited, when the customer fails to pay the minimum scheduled payment by the end of the seven-day grace period.
• Upon forfeit of a layaway, all items within the layaway will be restocked immediately.
• Once the layaway has been forfeited, the initial deposit and any subsequent payments will not be refunded.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep track of any and all payment due dates.

Service Refusal Policy
• Ysleta Mission Gift Shop does not discriminate against anyone based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or age in its employment and / or establishment. If any employee of the Ysleta Mission Gift Shop deems it necessary, they reserve the right to kindly ask any customer to leave the shop at any time. Employees of Ysleta Mission Gift Shop reserves the right to contact Speaking Rock Entertainment Center Security, and / or call 911 to assist in the incident if necessary. Employee must then immediately report the incident to management.

Store Accident Policy
• We appreciate your business here at Ysleta Mission Gift Shop. Our shops inventory consists of religious relics, handcrafted local art, sterling silver, vintage and antique estate finds. We carry many high-priced valuable items. Therefore, if you accidentally break any merchandise in the shop, you assume full financial responsibility for those products. If damaged item has a retail price of over $20, we require 75% of the payment to be made. Please contact a shop employee immediately if such an incident occurs. Thank you.

Art Application
• If you would like to have your art considered to be purchased and showcased with YMGS, an application is submitted along with a sampling of your products. Products left for consideration will be returned the next month or purchased at an agreed wholesale rate.
